How do I download the eBook after purchase?
Detox To Glow: Once you complete your purchase, a new account will be automatically created, giving you access to all your digital products, and bonuses within my app!
You'll be able to read the book directly on the app, print the book at home if you want, or import the book to your Kindle library.
You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to access your library.
Cookbooks: After your purchase, you’ll receive an email with the link to download your eBook (PDF format)
What file format is the eBook (e.g., PDF, EPUB)?

Can I buy the book on Amazon?
The books are not available on Amazon for now because the costs are too high for a small business like ours.

What’s the difference between the book and the video course?
The book goes deeper into the “what” and “why” behind detoxing in Ayurveda, making it a longer read, typically around 3 hours, for those who want a more comprehensive understanding.
In contrast, the video course is more straight to the point, taking just 10 minutes a day, and is available on my app, making it easy for you to follow the program anytime, anywhere.
Achieve optimal results by combining in-depth knowledge from the book with practical guidance from the video course!
What formats does the content come in?
The content is available in video format within the app, but you can also lock your phone and enjoy the program as an audio experience.
Is the app available on both iPhone and Android?
Yes! Sabrina Bawa App is available on the Apple Store and Google Play.
How long does it take to complete the program?
On average, it takes 10 minutes each day. You can watch the daily video at any time of the day, all you need is a few minutes of uninterrupted time. You can even listen to the daily video on your way to work, while cooking, doing laundry, or your skincare!
Do you offer refunds?
You are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Do you offer international shipping?
Absolutely! Each book is crafted on-demand at our top-notch print facilities worldwide, then shipped directly to your door. Please note that, unfortunately, we are not currently able to ship to Ukraine and Russia.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location:
• United States: Starting at $5.69 USD
• Canada: Starting at $8.39 USD
• UK: Starting at $5.22 USD
• India: Starting at $4.74 USD
• International: Starting at $8.00 USD
The final shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
How long will it take to receive my book?
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are typically delivered within 4-13 business days after processing time.
Can I track my order?
We provide a tracking number for orders shipped to Canada and the United States. Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your book’s journey right to your doorstep.
What if my book arrives damaged?
If your book arrives damaged, we’re here to help! Please send an email to our customer support at hello@sabrinabawa.com with a picture of the damaged book and your order number. We’ll promptly ship a replacement to you free of charge.
Will I be charged customs fees for international shipping?
Customs duties or taxes for packages arriving from outside the destination country are determined by local Customs and Immigration agencies. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred due to shipment delays, failures, or any additional charges imposed by customs. Please be aware of your country’s customs policies before placing an order.
Modify or Cancel Your Order
Is it possible to update my shipping address or modify my order after it has been placed?
Yes, please email us as soon as possible so we can make changes to your order before it is processed. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that edits can be made after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
If the shipping address provided is incorrect and a new order needs to be sent, the customer will be responsible for covering the additional shipping fees.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your book order. Please send us an email within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation. We will process your request as quickly as possible.
