I'm an Ayurvedic Health Coach dedicated to helping women feel truly at home in their bodies.

You may have seen some of my videos online (or not); I share healing recipes and practical wisdom to support women on their wellness journeys.

Over the past few years, I’ve received countless questions about weight loss, bloating, and hormonal imbalance, which inspired me to create a time-tested method addressing these issues.

But before we get into how I can help you, let’s rewind to where it all started…​

A little bit about my story…

I’ve been through it ALL.

I was the woman drinking 8 shots in a row as a young adult.

I was the woman spending 2h a day in gyms, counting calories, and drinking protein shakes with loads of shitty, fake ingredients in them.

I was the woman stepping on a scale, being excited about losing 2 lbs, but then gaining 5 lbs back the next day and hating myself for it.

I was the woman crying in changing rooms when trying on new summer clothes.

I was the woman going on strict paleo and then vegan diets thinking those were the healthy routes for me.

I was the woman that felt SO overwhelmed and stressed that it ended up fucking with my whole hormonal system.

I was the woman covered with acne from the forehead down to my neck.

And I was the woman stuck in the middle of Barcelona, screaming in pain because of IBS (bloating and gut issues).

But then…

I got sick of feeling this way.

So I decided I’d REALLY take care of my body. Not follow what everybody was saying online.

I started listening and following what felt RIGHT.

I got in my kitchen (a small studio apartment in France with my now fiancé), cleaned up all the cupboards, and went grocery shopping.

I bought foods that had less than 5 ingredients in them. I bought everything that was as unprocessed as possible.

I started going for daily walks and doing only things that made me feel good.

And over the course of a few weeks, my body was unrecognizable: I shed dozens of pounds.

And the next few months: my skin cleared up, my sleep got better, and my cycle was regular again.

And a few years later: I stopped cravings for unhealthy foods (I still eat cheat meals once in a while), I stopped judging and hating my body every time I look in the mirror, and I feel 100% more confident in who I am.

I no longer listen to bullshit from the wellness industry because I know what is good for me.
